Cancellation Policy Customers may request cancellation of their order before the activation of the WhatsApp Business API account. Once the account is activated, we cannot process any cancellation as the product is a digital service and license is issued instantly. Refund Policy Refunds are only applicable if the request is raised before service activation or in case of a technical failure on our side that prevents service delivery. No refund will be issued once the WhatsApp Business API account is successfully delivered and activated. If payment was made in error or duplicate, we will refund the extra amount within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. 3.
